ok here it is...i am 3 months pregnant and this guy i slept with like 5 months ago thinks its his baby and its not...he is friends with my brother..i gave my mom 2 ultasound pics...the most perfect ones..and this guy stole them what should i do? my mom had them in her front room and he showed them to the guy ...i am pissed cause them were my first pics...

You need to get a DNA test when the baby is born, just to be sure about the father. It's important to know for certain. I'd be upset about the pics too but remember that the doctors office keeps copies. Ask for another set.

Ask for them back. If he is any sort of a decent guy, he'll give them back. If nothing else, maybe you'll have to wait until you can prove the baby is not his...why would he then want pics of a baby that isn't his...or hey, call the cops...stealing is stealing!

I think you should have your brother get them back for you, since ther friends, it won't be that big a deal, he just has to say "my mom wants her pictures back". Then you get the guy who it the father and you go to your brothers friend and explain (again) that this guy is the father and he is not. I would also stop sleeping around, then you wouldn't be pregant in the first place.

I would tell the guy that you know he has the pics, and you want them back.. If that don't work have your brother talk to him and see if that will work if he is a good Friend he will. If that isn't good enough for him tell him to get a paternity test, and he pays for it..

tell the guy the baby is not his but maybe someone led him to believe that so tell your mom and brother so they will know becuase u got some drama

Tell him how far along you are,and there is no way in hell that it is his kid,and ask him to stop ******* being a stalker ,and stay the hell away from you!!! Make sure you take a male with you,so he can't do anything!!!
