I'm looking to open a nifty little organic fastfood joint in SE Florida and thought that serving manatee burgers would be a great marketing ploy. I mean, I'd be doing boaters a good deed by getting the lumbering giants out of their way AND catering to the health-concious hordes by offering a free-range, organic food item.

Sounds good. Typical problem though - mantee burgers come in cases of 12 - buns in bags of 8. You have to buy 16 - then the 4 always go stale.

For sure. Try to use the non-endangered manatees, and the ones that are gonna get hit by boats anyways.

And use a lot of yummy spices, and some fancy veggies and breads. I'll eat there!
