What Charles above suggested plus the following:

Download netstumber and see if there are any other WiFi networks nearby.

If there are, check netstumber's display to see which channel they are using.

Next, pick a channel (between 1 and 11) that is furthest away from all the other channels in use and change your Wireless router's channel to that new channel. This will cut down on interference caused by other WiFi networks in your area.

move the router to a more central location
make sure no 2.4 gh phones are near or anything that has magnetic properties like hair dryers, etc
Try moving the attennaes
Download netstumbler and move the router around some.
Get an external antennae from bext buy
or get a repeater / wireless access point that repeats the signal

Either though signal bosters, or access points.
