The song is called Old Man Song. Found the page with all the words and got http://www.birdnest.org/leeh1/old_man_song.htm
It didn't work on Google for me but if you put www.ask.com into Yahoo Search then bring up Ask.com and key in This Old Man+song as I did, you will get a page with lots of references and Old Man Song is there.
