Kindness is not seen or heard it is something that you can only feel in your heart! It is done completely unselfishly where your only intention is to make someone else happy! You have to feel it in your heart and with your soul! I hope this helps! God bless!
So therefore the blind can see it, cause they feel that it is there as well as the deaf, because they don't have to hear it they feel it!

it means that you should be kind to everyone by helping them out in their time of need. for example, helping a blind person to cross the street or to explain a conversation to a deaf person without expecting anything in return. In other words kindness is a language everyone understands.

Honestly-- This this the 1st. time hearing this quote; but I like it-- I would say that it means it pays to be kind;; if the deaf can hear it & the blind can see it-- how much more (SHOULD) I or (must) I do to be kinder to people! I hope I come close to getting it right; thanks for getting me to thinking on this! (KINDNESS)- such a good thing :)

True kindness can be felt.
Not just seen or heard.. Usually the most genuine kindness is one that someone gives to another without taking credit for. To run around boasting of your good deeds serves you alone and no one else.

It's a feeling that they can see -blind-, by see, it means feel it/ sense it. Same for deaf people, they can hear it.

It's just how they understand that feeling. I think.

It means that kindness is universal. You don't have to see or hear kindness to know that it is there. No matter what your station in life, you can still experience kindness.
