I was given a really nice wicker picnic basket that had a place for a bottle of wine, and came with glasses and corkscrew and grape-design napkins. How about one of those new wine openers - different from a corkscrew - has a handle that goes up and down, and bottle is opened. Lillian Vernon magazine (they have a website also) has a lot of golf stuff. Also Staples stores have golf stuff - I bought a kit in there a while back that monogrammed golf balls with initials, my boss loved it.

I don't know if you'd call these gadgets, but how about the charms that go around the stems of wine glasses?
