No, Spartan soldiers were all men. You sound like you are confusing Sparta with Crete.

In crete women used to wear a kind of vest that exposed their breasts, but they were not warriors.

That's the rumour - I wasn't there, so can't say for certain. But think about it - the enemies would have been distracted and it wouldn't have been that difficult to win a battle.
