If you mean like MMORPG, It all has to be done the hard way: programming. Some games use stuff like javascript or C/C++, while modeling is used with a varity of tools (milkshape and Blitz3d are the best if im correct). And when It comes to music, Im using anvil studios, a free program on-line, to make the music.
