1. Use an anti-perspirant. Deodorants alone only mask odors and don't stop sweating.
2. Use dress shields. They are about 50 cents/pair & disposable. This is a cheap solution for special occasions or everyday. If you have never heard of them, they are like panty liners for your underarms. See link I provided.
3. In a related subject, to decrease body odor of any type try Nullo twice a day. They are an internal deodorant in pill form. It is a natural combination of Chlorophyll and Copper. They work brilliantly for feminine odors, etc. but don't decrease sweating. Drugstore.com has them and it only costs 26 cents a day for two. See link below.
4. The only way I know to significantly decrease or eliminate sweating is to have Botox injections to the offending area. But you asked for a cheap way to stop yourself from sweating and this treatment is costly.
I hope this info helps you. Good luck!

try a different deodorant, I use two one is the new degree(black dress approved) and the other is dove (ultimate clear radiant silk). Sorry sweating is a natural part of life. If you stopped sweating that would be bad.
