Most people want what they can't or don't have. It is all a fantasy to some so when they fullfill that can go on to another.

When you have everything, you're already having your cake and eating it too. When you cheat, it means you want more than just cake. Ice cream perhaps?
Seriously, some people find perfection scary and that's what having everything means. They just can't help but mess things up.
However, to some, maybe they really don't have everything and the people around them just think they do. It's scary to feel so complacent in a relationship that you think is stable. You know what they say, still water runs deep.
But then again, maybe the person who cheats just wants to tempt fate. Play with fire and see for yourself how painful getting burned is. Don't know what you've got til its gone.

It's lack of self control that's what it is.
We all get tempted by another at some moment but we do not have to act on it. Some say it's just plain temptation or wanting more some say the grass is greener and some blame the other spouse for something they are doing wrong.
I my self see it as a week person who doesn't care enough about themselves to ruin their life and others in the process.

well if you had everythingas you say then you would be having your cake and eating it to wouldnt you?? you see women think that men might have everything they want but by far they dont know that for a fact,a man who is happy and loves evrything he has will not cheat or stray but man who does stray doesnt have what he wants and isnt happy where he is even if the female thinks so,men are really quite simple they dont want much but they want what they want

Exactly. Nobody who has everything ever "cheats". Why would they?
Some partners, hold back from their loved one... they don't give them what they want... and then they act shocked when that person goes looking else where.
Think about how bad it must be for a person to "cheat".

to have your cake and eat it too does not mean cheat. it means find your place, where you choose to be and stay there not because you have to but because you like it there. if you get married it should be your choice.

I dont think that people think that they have "it all." I think for many people there are critical pieces missing in their relationship so they look elsewhere to fufill those needs. And then there are the other type of cheaters, selfish, selfcentered, & never satisfied. Where they see an oppertunity to cheat, they ALWAYS take it.

You wouldn't cheat if you had everything but alot of the reason why people cheat is because there unhappy with some aspect of there marriage AND THATS WHY WE CHEAT!!!

There is nothing called " HAVE EVERYTHING" . People don't think that way. People always think that they could do better & the grass is GREENER on the OTHER SIDE !
People always tempted to taste the " FORBIDDEN FRUIT ".
If they don't cheat with their body, they will still cheat with their mind.
