ISOPROPOL ALCOHOL WILL DO THE BEST JOB REMOVING WATER.

For the fuel cleaner find something with NAPTHA.

Ummm... Sounds like a filter issue or a fuel Pump just to be 75% not guessing. You say it Bogs down....But it does Idle. It's the filter. If you are driving and come to a stop does the engine idle or stumble and sometimes die....I would shoot for Pump pressure. The fuel filter is the most ignored part on today's cars and will cause just enough fuel to get to the engine. then there is always enough when it idles. but if the pump is shot then your fuel pressure drops. and it will stumble at a stop until the pressure gets back to normal.
The water evaporator was a good start but it may have enhanced the issue by putting more C%$P in the fuel line. This stiuff also cleans the injectors. Good maintenance call..

I'd have to say get it check'd out for a tune-up if your not mechaniclly inclined to do so yourself. If your engine is "bogging" down & losing power, I can tell you for sure this is dealing with a fuel/air ratio, (intake) issue. It can also deal with an Ignition issue, If your not getting "fire" (spark) to each cyl., this would also cause the same effect. I'd have to say Tune-up covers all this. & if you take it somewhere for a "Tune-up" they should be able to find everything that is wrong with it & either rebuild or replace the parts to make it running like new again, things to check....
Spark Plugs, SparkPlug Leads, Carb./ Injectors, Distributor (this can include the Dis.Cap, & rotor) & a few other small sensors.

PS. get rid of your old gas or run a high octane fuel through the next fill up after you get your "Tune-Up" that u need

You could have gunk in the tank or in the line. Sometimes when a car sits for a while with any amount of gas sediments will settle in the bottom of the tank and get into the lines. To blow out the carborator gun the engine. As far as the tank goes and the lines you will probably have to take it to a shop to get them cleaned out. that is the only thing that I can think of.

Check fuel pressure and exhaust pressure. If you have plenty of fuel pressure from the pump to the rail then look toward the exhaust being partially blocked. Older cars sometimes have this condition when the catalytic converter goes bad and blocks itself and the muffler with it's exploded innards. Another possibility could be that the on board computer may be switching to 'limp' mode due to sensor(s) going bad. Trial & error, dude.

What's up bro, the water treatment is usually if your going to let your car sit for an extended period of time with out running it. It sounds like it might be the fuel filter that may be clogged and you will need to replace it, if you do it yourself it should be inexpensive. Also, it could be a problem with your fuel pump, you could take it to the dealer and get a diognostics for free, most offer it. When you find out, just fix it! or you could buy me a six-pack of Guiness and I will do it for free(j/k)-alex
