it's an old cartoon from the 90's about a bear and he had a private jet or plane or something, he hung around w. a kid i cant rember if the kid was a bear too or if he was a normal kid and they would get into drama, thats all i remember but if i hear the name again il remeber

South Park or kinfolk guy because sesame street is very nearly like South Park, yet South Park has swearing and kinfolk guy has Brian, the talking dogs and the pregnant women could be Joe's spouse.Joe is disabled on your imformation.

Dang, I remember what it was about, Baloo was in it, and Louie the monkey, and Baloo would call this little bear"little britches":( I cant think of the title(you are right, it was "Tail spin",lol)
