whose parents refuse to shut him up?
Yeah, my Camels pollute the air. But what about the noise pollution coming from the screeching banshees in the next booth?
Which would you rather have, an occasional whiff of smoke and silence, or clean air and noise pollution?

I don't know about other states, but you can't smoke in a restaurant in Florida.

I vote for the smoke!!!
I live in FL, and let me tell yu I would much rather have a room full of smoke that one of the little brats screeming!
It seems like parents have no control over their children any more!
If we were in public and one of my kids through a tempertantrum like some of these kids do now days, they got taken out of the store or restaurant, as soon as it started.
It just iritates the crap out of me to see some parents let the monster set there and scream, and the only thing that they say is....."Johnny be still!" And just let the kid go on and not say or do anythig else.

Not only is your smoke annoying than the kid, but it is also more likely to cause an asthma attack or lung cancer than is the screaming kid. I'll take the screaming kid over the smoke any day.

Well, you can cry like a baby and we can dislike you for both reasons.
Most parents will usually leave if the kid acts up too much. Your smoke lasts long after you leave.

I would take the screaming kid over the smoke. However, I have a kid so I'm kind of immune to it. Before I had one that kind of thing drove me batty!

smokers are being discriminated against more and more now. i say if you don't want to be around the smoke .... go to another restaurant or stay at home and keep the screaming kids there with you.

I'm used to screaming brat kids. They don't make me cough or choke and they don't aggravate my asthma. I'd rather listen to a brat then breathe in smoke when I'm trying to eat.

Well this probably isn't fair for me to answer because i have 5 kids but i will take a screaming kid any day. They have never ruined the taste of my food yet.

I rather have the screamin kid!!!! I can block out the noise but the smell that smoke is funky

well i rather have a kid or kids screaming other then smoke cause screaming won't kill me secondhand smoke eventually will
