Hey! I love your question! Wow! Not to mention about a day or two, even just a moment, is really good enough!

I would choose to be in Edward Hopper's "Nighhawks". I would sit down beside the man that is wearing black, back facing us, buy him a drink, and chat along. If I am allowed 2 days.. I would go wandering the shops outside the bar, and find out where the best buys are!

Hi Linty...again an impossible question to answer:)

I literally grewup on art. Having seen so many wonderful creations its really difficult or rather impossible to make a choice!

I especially admire the paintings of the rennaissance period...being in those paintings would be ossom!

hmm..School of athens by Raffaello Sanzio (Raphael) would be one of the choices. I have always admired socrates , plato and the philosophers of Greece. Being in their company would be an amazing experience:) And I also pick this painting because the book I'm writing now, has a lot to do with that period and Athens and those philosophers.

Van Gogh's Butterflies and Poppies. I saw this painting at the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam. I could have stood in front of it all day.

Georges Seurat, "Un dimanche après-midi à l'Ile de la Grande Jatte."

The late Nineteenth century was an era of relative peace, prosperity and enjoyment of life for many people. This painting illustrates the calm, relaxing and enjoyable lifestyle on a beautiful sunny day.

I would choose 'The Accolade' - I've always wanted to be a beautiful lady with a sword :) I get a sense of peace from that painting as well :)

Van Gogh's bedroom - though the bed is smallish and it's the middle of the day... not really conducive to sleeping.

I would transport into the painting of 'Lady Jane Grey' that hangs in the London Art Gallery,...i'd try to bribe her executioner into letting me bring her back with me to the real world.
