you dont have to take sides; get the explanations of each one, and then relay it to each of them so they will be able to hear each side of the coin. =)

It is best to just stay out of it for right now. Tell them that you're their friend but they need to find a way to settle this on their own because you don't think it would be fair to them. You definitely do not want to interfere in this until it gets to the point where things get worse and they are obviously not handling the situation.

I am always the peacemaker, always. I lead by example too. If you talk about what is going on with either friend, remind them every one makes mistakes. You may even empathize out loud about the other one like "I'm sure Jane is upset, she valued your friendship", or "I am sure she realizes she made a mistake". Kindness goes a long way, and to alienate both of them or one of them over a squabble is a loose loose situation for all of you. Good luck.

It sounds like you've your concepts. i might want to be straightforward with each and each of those females when you're literally not waiting to settle down right into a relationship, because it would not sound like you're basically yet. for most causes, you don't desire to lead them on, yet in case you want each of them attempt brazenly relationship all of them and be conscious which one has each and each of the characteristics you're searching for in someone and basically have exciting with relationship. sturdy success ; )

Three is still an unmatched and one is usually the outcast for a short while at least, even among friends. don't take it personally. let the two have their time together and you can rejoin later, this is usually a good time for making peace and telling truth's.

You need to let them work out their problems with each other. If you don't they will each assume that you are siding against them. In a two-sided confrontation, there is no place for a middleperson.

stay out of it. be friends with both. hang out with them separately. dont, do not, try to solve the problem. when one starts talking about the other politely say that you arent getting involved.

yup and i got to say whatever way you chose you lose. it is a lose-lose situation. your best option is to go to both of them with out the other person knowing and try to get them to forgive the other person.
