Okay. There is actually a product that I've only ever seen women buy, but it won't leave any color on your face. Oil-absorbing sheets! They're small, they're very thin and soft paper, and they come in a pack like a matchbook. You just blot where the oil's at. All they do is pick up oil on your face (they're real good on your nose) in the middle of the day or before you go out or whenever. They fit in your wallet, too. I turned my brother on to these--he won't use them around his friends, but he loves how they work.

Oil blotting papers. They're sold at several different places. In the mall at stores like Crabtree & Evelyn and The Body Shop. But C & E might seem girly if you carry them around because they're pink. Better yet! Get the kind that Clean & Clear sells.

You dab a sheet lightly on your face to absorb the excess oil on your skin. They're really thin and the pack is compact so you can even keep it in your pocket or a bag.

Whatever you do don't take the second person's advice. Washing your face more than twice per day is really not necessary. In fact this might cause you skin to produce more oil in defense.

Wash your face with hot water and soap. If you start to feel oily, it is simply time to wash again. You may end up having to do this two r three times a day but you will look nice and fresh.

You want to drink lots of water. You also want to find a good cleanser, clinique for men is good as is neutrogena for men depending on your budget. Also use a toner. (same brands) Also witch hazel works as a great toner because it helps tighten pores...tighter pores mean less oil and a really great skin appearance.
