well I got fat by eating oreos! so maybe you could do the oposite, DO NOT EAT OREOS! haha im just kidding.
Eating properly and exercise is what they say does the trick.
I would suggest eating smaller meals more frequently, this keeps your metabolism going through out the day! Make sure you are eating high protein foods and avoid having alot of foods with high sugar, carbohydrate or fat content.
One simple way you could loose 20-30 pounds is to compleately stop drinking anything with sugar in it. That means ONLY diet sodas, no sugared iced tea, coffees, chocolate milk, deffinately no cool aid or power drinks! flavored or regular water is best, but diet soda now and then is fine and crystal light is good also!
I lost 30 pounds just by cutting out ALL sugar beverages!
you could also replace bread with veggies.. ie, Tuna sandwhich, instead of putting the tuna on bread, use lettuce leaves as your bread, or roll the tuna up in the lettuce leaves! amazing how you wont miss the bread as much as you think you will.
also , if you are having trouble getting full at meal time, drink a full glass of water before you eat and another one with dinner and another after dinner, believe me... You will feel full!!!!!!!!

There are a lot of exercises that you can do at home without going to the gym. If you don’t like exercising just try walking few loops around your neighborhood. You don’t have to run. You don’t have to be in any diet either, just everything you eat try to eat healthy and controlled portions. You need to be very disciplined to do this everyday but try to do this around the same time everyday if you can. You have to have focus and strong will and before you know it you will be very thin and very fit. I have always been very thin and very fit, but my husband and I wanted to have a baby and then I gained over 80 pounds. Since then I started doing exactly what I am telling you to do and not only did I loose all the pounds I gained in less then a year, but for the last eight years I have the body of a model a perfect figure and look half of my age.

drink lots and lots of water!! drink only water. Eat healthy snacks like fruits or veggies. You need to re-program your thinking about how you always have to.... You don't need to eat until you are full. Instead of eating just 3 meals til your full, try smaller meals like 4-5 through out the day. But make sure they are healthy meals. Keep yourself active. Take a walk, go jogging, exercise, go swimming. More time spent sitting doing nothing or even reading a book, going to a movie, ..... doesn't help. Save reading for when you are ready to go to sleep. Get a Tony Little - Gazelle - exercise machine or an ab toner chair-sit all you want, just make sure you do crunches when you are in the chair.
By the way, why can't you go to the gym??

Start by doing something small. Walk at least 20 mins a day, and try to lift some weights if you can get them at home, or go to a fitness/sporting goods store and get you a resistance band. They are not expensive. When you start to do this, the snack cravings will decrease, but you must feed your body well, and stop giving it the junk. It takes about 3 weeks to get into this habit, so don't give in to your first craving after only a day or so. If you want sweet, eat a piece of fruit or something. Then, the weight will start coming off as you increase your work outs.
And P.S. Don't be gullible and go for these stupid fad diets like Atkins...the founder died of a heart attack, remember??!

why arent u alllowed to the gym? If I could help u walk lighter and be healthy and make sure ur full n contented so u dont have to snack will u be willing to try our wight management programme( replace 2 meals a day n eat 1 normal meal of ur own). A diet is the obvious option, but if you don't want to diet, just cut back the portion sizes, up the number of times you eat, and drink lots of water. Try to drink an entire bottle of water before eating any meal/snack. It will fill you up some before you even start eating.

If you can't go to the gym aloud ... maybe you can do it silently.
Try biking, swimming and running. Eat less exercise more. Do not eat fried foods, pasta, foods with added sugar white vegetables, butter or sauces. If you must snack make it celery and carrots.

The Atkins Diet, I'm telling you it really works. Try it for two weeks..Guarantee you will see results. But only 20 carbs a day!Two weeks you'll probably lose over 10 lbs, a lot more if you have a lot o lose. Good luck in whatever you choose!
