Does anyone know anything about the tech. issues in Answers!?

Someone is using answers! but can only ask questions... when she goes to answer a question she fills in the text box for the answer, and then hits preview, the next page doesnt load at all. She's tried waiting it out, and right click/open, and neither seem to work, does anyone have any ideas?

go to tools, internet options, and on the last 2 tabs set all to defaults. Maybe that will help.
