Does anyone know a way to cure sweating a lot... i dont know what is happening please help... i sweat at the most undesired times.

maybe u shld try changing ur wardrobe to thinner materials.also,applying powder does help.

Try fixing it by drinking lots of water and eating less red meat.
Eating red meat makes you sweat more.
I also find that wearing tank tops helps me cool down (:

drink a lot of water, dont get nervous. and if its under your arm pits you can buy Certain Dri from like any store.

Don't stress too much on things coming ahead of time. Maybe you don't do sports at all.

My friends tell me that Certain Dri antipersperant works really well for this. You can put it anywhere - even on your feet.
