i already talked with aol support, intaleed the cd, and another internet cd's, at aol they said maybe it the modem, i sent an e-mail to emachines, i need real help,

walk through a 'new connection' wizard (in START>CONNECT TO>SHOW ALL CONNECTIONS>(on the left hand column)CREATE NEW CONNECTION; FOLLOW PROMPTS for a 'dial up' and make sure your username/password are correct from the ISP. if you can connect, now you need to get the browser to integrate: open browser>tools>internet options>connections>hi lite your internet dialup icon>settings; go thru these and configure as needed (i try to use the auto detect)
