White smoke is usually water vapor. Having a little white smoke come out the tailpipe when the car is cold is fairly common as a bit of water can condense in there. But if the smoke still comes out when the engine is warmed up, it is likely to be a blown head gasket - or worse.

Most likely a blown head gasket. You're getting coolant into the exhaust.

Hitting foot deep water at that velocity explains the unexpected close down and refusal to re-start up. Drenching the engine like which will only approximately continually reason a engine to stall. As for the milk shake you have for oil ... i'm afraid your head gasket is blown. that's a wierd accident, and that they may well be appropriate finally. in line with probability all that water unexpectedly hitting the warm engine finally led to the heads to flex only adequate to reason a head gasket failure???? i'm able to inform you that the water on your oil got here out of your radiator. there is a few gallon of oil on your engine while the oil is at its ideal point. It takes a beneficiant volume of water to coach that oil into the milk shake looking goo you have in there now. despite if slightly yet of water finally have been given previous your air clear out, the full intake gadget, the combustion chambers, and everywhere else. that's no longer almost adequate water to justify the quantity of an infection it takes to take advantage of shake the gallon of oil on your crank case. As for it being "ok" for her tochronic it, that's as much as the owner of the vehicle i assume. With greater water than oil now no longer lubricating the engine, beginning the engine without ideal lubrication is barely inviting even worse injury i could think of. i does no longer even start up my motor vehicle if I KNEW there grow to be water-contaminated oil in it. yet that's only my opinion.

Agree with john paul. Check for water in the oil indicating blown head gasket... if so, oil will look milky... Also check your water level... if it is low and usually it never was before, then great chance it is a blown head gasket
