There is a doctor here on Yahoo Answers that swears by this interpretation.
What the world will do remains to be seen. It will be a reaction to his move. If he goes nuclear and attacks Israel then look for a similar more violent response. If he orchestrates more violence in Iraq, look for the Iraqis to ask for sanctions. The Iranian economy is not in good shape right now. They are oil rich but squander it. The government currently has to sell oil in order to IMPORT gasoline and then offer it to the people at less than market price. This scam is ready to come tumbling down.

Iran is run by some pretty serious people/radicals who are only interested in promoting war and the threats of war.
It is a shame that all of the other nations in the Middle East don't recognize the threat of a continual war and the destruction war brings to civilization. Middle Eastern nations should collectively speak out and begin a unified process of eliminating that the threat of Iran and its potential to throw the entire region back fifty years.

iran wont do and not capable of doing that...they upgrade theirs weapons for the sake of defending themselves..in term of world peace the real culprits is not iran but israel and us...
