my husband said that when he was a teenager he tried that and it didn't work so well, as it won't stick very well where it is suppose to and it slides of so it don't work.

no, plus it would rip easy, plus i'm sure it would hurt the poor girl would be hurt! spend the extra 25cents in a bathroom stall and get a condom. 25 cents is a lot cheeper than an unwanted pregnancy!!!!!!!! don't be cheep

No. It is too easy to tear and would offer little to no protection against STD and pregnancy.
