if i got a secured loan and thy sold me insurance and was later sued by the attorney general?

The question does not make sense what odes obtaining insurance have to do with selling insurance and were you selling it illegally. What contract are you refering to the one that gave you the right to sell insurance or the loan you took out so you could sell insurance, at least that is what I think your trying to get at.

If you mean, do you have to pay the loan back, yes. If you mean might you be able to get the payments reduced by the amount of the insurance cost, maybe. Talk to the assistant attorney general handling the case.
