a friend accidently hit the reset button on westell 2200 dsl modem?

now his internet wont work, what do you do to fix it? install cd wont work and he doesnt remember the information that ris required when you call up verizon.

he doent know his verizon username and passkey which is why he hit the little reset button on the modem

Has he tried calling Verizon, surely they can quiz him on some security questions to lookup his information.

This is why it is important to keep this kind of information in a secure hard copy.
