I think that abortion is wrong. The ONLY times i think it is iffy is if the mother was raped, the child will be born with a painful disease, or either the mother or child will die during the birth of the child. I am also sorry if this appears 2x my computer logged me out when i was submitting it.

Yes. Even the oft cited Roe v Wade said the government had the right to control abortion after 6 months. I guess that means Barbara Boxer opposes Roe!

At around six months, the fetus is capable of surviving independently of the mother, with medical assistance.
At that point (independent viability), it has independent rights.

yes they do i think that breaks the time for partial birth abortions and they have the additional charges for killing or assaulting a pregnant woman
