I think your observations are a little unfounded. Where I live, there are more white people at Taco Bell, McDonalds and Wendys. There are no KFCs around, but white also rule the pizza joints.
Depending on the demographics in a particular area, workers will tend to represent their majority race in any given neighborhood. So, you must spend get around. : )

Around here where I'm at the latinos work most of the fast food and the lower end construction jobs but the are moving in to the skilled trades.

Whoa, something's wrong with the first poster. No, I hadn't noticed. Where I live, mostly black people work at McDonald's, though. It's just the area I live in. It's not a bad area, it's actually quite quaint.

No. It depends on were you live. When I visit a fast food restaurant in China town, most workers are Asian. When I visit in East LA. most are Hispanic. etc. So, it has mainly to do with location and the cultural makeup of that location.

No I had not noticed. I did not even know about the in-and-out joint until this year. They do not have them here in the Mid-west. It was darn good.

You go to too many fast food resturants to be noticing something like that.

Whether that's true or not, why do you care? We're all human beings, regardless of skin color.
