My friends are all rich and buy cloths that are expenceve im rich 2 but my parent dont think i need that kind of cloths so i will buy them myself what website sells designer cloths for less and not used.

My favorite is shopbop.com- I don't know if it's much cheaper than anywhere else, but they always have a lot of awesome stuff on sale.

bluefly.com has a lot of high end designers at a greatly reduced cost... still not cheap, but much less than you would pay otherwise.
