Yes. The word "privilege" is really quite easy to misspell considering that many words with the "-edge" sound are spelt "E-D-G-E". Don't worry, you're not alone.

Just remember that a privy ledge is the shelf in the bathroom where the spare paper is to be found. If you are very fortunate. Oops!

Actually, I don't ever recall having seen priviledge spelled that way.

But it reminds me of how people always said "Nuke-you-lar" instead of "new-clee-ar" if that makes sense. That huge "long u" sound is annoying and pretty common.

I spell it the correct way....privilege. Improper grammar and misspelled words are my pet peeves.
