All of you and leave your parents alone.

Are you old enough to move out? I think maybe you should stay out of each others way and keep the peace for your parents sake. If your sisterinlaw is at all respectful then she'll do the same out of consideration and respect for someone who is helping her out as a favor and not as an obligation. I think instead of concentrating on who should get out you should practice patience and learn to ignore her stupid behavior, it makes you the better person in the end.

It depends. If you are an adult and you are contributing to your parents' household, then your brother and his family should all get out.

But if you are just living off your parents, then you and everyone else should get out and learn to be independent.

Then your parents should take a holiday or a break from the bunch of freeloaders!

If all of you are over 18 you all should move out. And since you asked first you can make the first move and then criticise them for being there. Your parents will regret letting you guys live with them but you guys should have more respect for them than to take advantage of them.

That is an issue for your parents to work out. In the mean time try to get along with her the best you could. It will make living there easier for everyone.

if your parents say the brother and family can stay, then you have the choice of staying along or leaving

it isn't your house

if your parents allow your brother and company in their home you can try to get along the best you can or find some other place

Did your parents OK them to move in? If so, you're in a tough spot. If it's temporary, then try to ride it out. If it's long term, then start looking to live somewhere else if you can swing it.

it is not your or her house you should both be respectful but tell her she is bothering you & you might be bothering her too try to live together nicely and if it still doesn't work the one that should move is the one it would be easier on.
