How do I get to pick a cartoon picture for my profile?

Click on your current "smile/photo" next to your name to the left of the screen
Click "Edit My Info" hyperlink, and choose picture
Select Avatar

Establish a Yahoo! 360 page, and then choose a cartoon pic from your Picture files on your computer, and add THAT as your pic under "Yahoo! 360 profile pic".
