I need help with my scanner?

i can preview it but the picture i wanted to preview won't show up is there anything i can do to make it work?

i am using the nero photosnap viewer.

well it depend what program you are you using to preview youre pic.

In most scanner programs the screen that holds the preview also holds the button that takes the final scan. Have you clicked on every button?
