Interesting question. I tried to build a house out of all my old Shakin' Stevens albums, but I found the foundations were not secure enough to protect the building from strong coastal winds.
Not to be deterred, I built a residential hamlet out of my old Rod Stewart cassettes. The results were more promising, although it was built inland. "Not really apples 4 apples" I hear you scream. Quite.
So I suppose the answer to your question is "yes - but it really depends where you build it"! Enter upon such a project with care, and, of course, adult supervision.
Hope this helps

Well apparently Starship (a.k.a. Jefferson Starship, Jefferson Airplane) believes that THEY built my home town of San Francisco on Rock and Roll however I beg to differ...

That song totally sucked! Damn you! Now it's going to be stuck in my head all night long!!! Augh!!!!!!
Actually, I guess that Los Angeles may possibly have been partially built on rock and roll. And swimming pools and movie stars. And fast cars and breast implants....
