This guy i live with (i hardly know him) makes up stupid lies and says there true! i wanna know!!!

There is such a thing as sterile dirt - dirt which has been baked or cooked till all the living organisms in it have been killed. I suppose that could be known as "clean dirt", but it is still dirt, and when mixed with water it will still make mud. I never heard of the rest, so I'd say he is a big, fat, fibber.
