When your young, you want everyday. Least I did, when I didn't get it I was masturbating.
When your in a long term relationship, it seems to get less frequent. You'll be lucky if you can get once a week.
If you've been married for 3 years or more, I think most couples get in a rut and then someones starts to cheat.
I think 3 times a day, 7 days a week you would get bored really fast.

My boyfriend and I have sex at least 4 times a week...sometimes everyday. We've only been together 3 years and he's 31 and I'm 27 so I think it varies. All my friends who are married have sex a couple times a month. I feel sorry for them. When I was married I had sex like once a month. I think it depends on your partner.

I did it 3-5 times a day with my girlfriend, until I found out, after 6 months of lies, that she's a filthy Thai ladybar ***** who roots any tourist in sight and then plays games to dwindle the bank account.

As long as your body allows them, and it also depends on your partner, stress level and health condition.
If your partner is feeling OK about it, then it is OK. After all, it takes two to tango. (unless you are up for multiple...)
