Body language, Essenes of eyes, and the spoken word. If a person gives off bad vibes such as arrogance or acts mysterious and goofy stay away;if the person has a hard time maintaining eye contact or if the first word or words out of their mouth are derogatory or insulting or just plan mean; run for the hills.

um-- constantly talking about oneself, never really making true eye contact with you, and the flag is really waving at you if the other person is the touchy type- you know like a pat on the shoulder, then a rub on the arm , or alittle elbow to the side like you both are thinking the same thoughts- anyway- that makes me see the red flag-- oh of course bad breath....

If they had an addiction or a problem of any kind. NEVER EVER EVER ignore red flags. Save yourself 6 years of wasted time. Also, theres, family issues (severe), things that dont add up, anything that makes u question something.

I agree with Kaitlyn. If someone is rude to the waitstaff, cashier, security guard, custodian, whoever, I would not consider a second date. (I should have noticed a big red flag when my now ex-fiancee yelled at some kids at the movies on one of our first dates.)

They have kids, smoke, are missing teeth, mention the word Jesus at anytime during the first conversation, have "420", or any derivation thereof, on any piece of clothing, vehicle, etc...
Those aren't the only ones but those ar the major ones.
