Afghanistan would be good. Some people have "bin"missing there for years.
Joking apart Canada is a cool place to live. Good summers, skiing in the winter, nice friendly people, no crazy leaders.

You're spoilt for choice, you could always join the foreign legion... although that may be a bit extreme.
It all depends on what you're looking for ....
Egypt - Buy yourself a dress and a camel and go and live in the desert.
Mexico - Get yourself kidnapped by some bandidos (would recommend stayin out of their jails though from what I hear!)
Or if you just want to do what all the other English criminals do when they feel the need to 'Move' and go to Spain, its warm, lots of English so you dont really need the language and as long as you limit what information you volunteer to people you can stay there indefinatly without having to worry about being hassled by the local authorities.
You dont need to apply for residency unless you want to buy a property, there is always plenty of places to rent and cash in hand jobs.
Why not go all the way and just make up a pretend name, nobody will know or even care!!

Go to Nepal. It is really very nice country and I bet you love it much. People of Nepal are really nice, friendly and helpful.
