Women do this because they may not want to face the fact that they have put on weight and claiming pregnancy is the easy way out. I personally feel that if a woman is or was pregnant, when the baby is due she can now exercise or at least watch what she eats. To a certain extent, that is a reason why many women say they are fat but that is NOT the sole source. Women tend to get lazy after a baby is born and do not want to put in the extra time to actually work that pregnancy fat off. When the baby is born there are many ways to get in shape. Women need to stop being in denial and take time out and exercise and NOT just blame it solely on pregnancy

As a relationship psychologist, i'm continuously encountering circumstances the position there's an issue with a relationship - And 9 situations out of 10, the guy is blamed. yet fairly, both activities have carried out something to damage their bond, and no matter if between the companions has been unfaithful - you would possibly want to be shocked to discover that there is a reason, and it comprises their better 0.5. i imagine adult adult males are growing a nasty attractiveness in relationships, because they're more desirable outwardly sexual.. a lot less 'romantic and open', and characteristic by no skill been given a probability at being the single which brings sensitivity or kindess into the relationship. the girl is taken under consideration because the mushy, worrying side - the guy being the hardworking, direct side. And in todays society, I regularly discover women persons carry such extreme criteria for adult adult males that those change into unrealistic, and without be conscious issues upward thrust up. at the moment a learn became carried out surrounding this, and romantic videos stands out as the reason! Becuase videos and tv depict those perfect, problemless relationships.. that is person-pleasant to ignore, relationships take artwork on each and each side.

I wouldn't classify all women in that category but face the facts:
1. During pregnancy, over a 9 month period you are supposed to gain between 25-35 lbs. extra
2. Even though you have just had a baby, your eating habits are still a result from the last 9 months when you were eating more frequently and slightly more amounts to increase your weight for the baby
3. Even though you may lose the weight that you gained while pregnant, your stomach may still look fat, even though you already lost the weight, because it took 9 months to stretch it out that way, it's not going to go back overnight
For example, I gained 16 lbs when I was pregant with my son, and he was 8lbs 5 ozs, and I still have some "baby fat" or areas on my stomach that still need to be toned. Most importantly, I just haven't had the time to work out like I used to.

For the same reason men stare at magazines with no words for hours on end, and grow lots of hair out of their nose and ears as they age.
Men have high levels of testosterone which make them do things which women can't understand, and women have high levels of estrogen which make them relate or respond quicker emotionally and gain weight (whether they want to or not) during pregnancy. The elevation in hormones create mood changes, weight loss/gain, and many other changes in the body. Its not a line of bullsh!t. And it isn't exactly something we just dream of having happen to us. But we ARE creating a whole other being, a brand new life. Forgive us, if it takes most of our energy and strength to do so. It is a miracle in process.
So relax, try to have some understanding, and be there for her instead of putting her down for something which she has little or no control of.

Because pregnancies stretches a woman's body in so many ways a man couldn't imagine,,you try gaining 30 to 70 or more pounds in 9 months and see how long it takes you to lose it...plus the older you get the harder it is to get back to a smaller size, also, a woman's hips spread with pregnancy and with age...combine the two and see if you maintain your figure from high school..I have four children, and each of my belly rolls have a name the same as my kids...I suppose if I could spend my time at the gym instead of raising my kids,I would be skinnier. Plus with all the additives in foods these days its doubly hard to lose weight, it is much cheaper to feed your family and yourself fattening foods than it is to feed them organic... this really is a big question...be thankful you are a man...

Its more understandable to say its baby weight then it is to say. I ate for 2 because the baby, instead of I love twinkies and have to eat them all day long. You only need to eat 300 extra calories after the the 3rd month durnig the pregnancy. 25-40 is average for a average weight persom. 15-20 for over weight which most people are.

i think when women are pregnant they use the excuse so they can eat more...and then after they have the baby they have so much more to lose....so really a person should not consume extra calories even though they are pregnant....but they should eat healthy by all means for the growth of the baby....just maybe junk food should be ruled out for all of us....or kept under control....
