...this guy could sing? I used to manage a roller skating rink, and this song was the number one song requested for the "Couples Skate". Now...if I hadn't known Rick James was at the end of it, I'm not sure I could watch all of it...lol. It's funny, he has a such a deep sexy talking voice, but the singing voice is...ummm...different.

Of course..."Party All The Time" was the first release from his album. If you check out his old Episodes of Saturday Night Live, you'll find that he sings very well...he is also able to imitate James Brown, Stevie Wonder & many others.

I had heard that before. He also did some other songs that weren't as well known and did some backup vocals on some other stuff, too.

he also does amazing michael jackson singing impressions...dead on accurate (he did this more in the 80s of course)...he really does have a good voice!

yeah..i couldn't beleive they played it on the radio..it was a catchy song...but I could never get used to it
