Whatever cake pan you happen to need for the cake! You could even mix the ingredients needed in the pan, if you absolutely had to - but I wouldn't advise it! lol. Think about it...how would you bake a cake without a pan? I mean, really!

I personally use a big spoon more than anything else when baking a cake.

use a cake spatule.. u cann mix with it, and scrape the bowl out after to get the most batter out.. theyre made of silicon

my fingers.... washed of course. Can mix all the ingredients, then ya can PROPERLY clean the pan afterwards. HMMM :)
