No pain..no gain. If everything came easy, we wouldn't appreciate it nearly as much as when we have to put forth an effort to get it :)

Most things just don't come easy these days. When you overcome a challenge the victory is pretty sweet but while you're in the process of overcoming it, it really sucks.
