press ctrl and use the scroll wheel on your mouse to make the font look bigger or smaller on a webpage.
if it's just with your computer in general...try going to properties and see what size font you have.

It sounds like your monitor may be damaged. Are other colors affected besides that of the text, and also images? Purchase a new one.

It's time to get reading glasses. Also, have a complete blood chemistry check as deteriorating eyesight could be a sign of diabetes onset.

change the setting of your monitor.
set the brightness and contrast.
change your display setting by right-clicking the desktop and select properties or you can go to control panel and doubleclick display.
your monitor is going down.

how old is the monitor
have you changed any setting (would someone else)
and have you messed with any of the controls of the monitor.
if its over 15,000 hours your monitor is most likely in need of replacement.
