If you take caviar out of the question, Russian food is not great. Lots of dried fish, charred meat, I don't think even in Las Vegas you can enjoy Russian food.

There isn't a Russian restaurant at Ceasar's Palace. You must be thinking of Red Square in Mandalay Bay? I haven't been there, but I'm curious to check it out. It's quite pricey by Russian food standards, but average by LV casino restaurant standards.

If you want something more authentic and much less expensive, try Eliseevsky.
