O.K., its me again, tech-no not, I tried to start spywarebot, got an error starting program, a required.DLL File, OLEACC.DLL., was not found, so I clicked O.K. to close it and a page popped up with spyware running a registry backup, and its been running all day, and I can't stop it, or close it out. Help, should I just shut the computer down?

Thanx for your answers, I did shut the spywarebot down, and everything seems O.K., but I still don't know what this all means, what is this file, how did I lose it and how do I get it back?

I don't know if that is something that is supposed to check for spyware. It may be real. Some things are spyware and trick you into using it. I personally use one called Ewido Anti-Malware 3.5. It checks for more stuff than others. I would say to get it and see just what is causing the problem. Search for "malware" to find it. If you need a serial number to unlock the full version, go to serials.ws. But... absolutely do not get spyware quake 2.0 IT is a fake!

Many new computers can be shut down safely by pushing in the power switch and holding it there until the computer stops before you release it. Kind of like an emergency override for when doesn't work. (You DID try that didn't you?)
