there's a guy i've been dating for a month and he recently started giving me nicknames like baby....boo.....etc.....wat does it mean when a guy sarts to call u things like that.....i've had horrible relationships in the past so i wouldn't know about anything nice like that....need advice

Seriously girl, dont tell me you dont know what it means. He likes you, and he may be inlove with you. There is nothing wrong with giving nicknames. Even friends give nicknames to each other, so if a guy u have dated for a month, he is already your bf, unless you just want to have fun and no attachments. Its a good thing that he calling you baby, darling and all.
Dont bring the past to the present. This guy isnt the same guy u had a relationship with in the past, so there is really nothing to be afraid of. He is just showing you how much he cares about you.

Let him call you all the sweet names he wants - if you like him alot then call him some nice names back - but if you have had bad relationships before then I say beware - I have been there and done that before and all I can say is go with what your heart tells you but remember think of yourself first -it's easy to get caught up in the mushy stuff even if it's not the right person for you. Live for you first. there are tons of men in the world and if you are young then date all the men you can now and have fun - trust me i know!!!

I think you know what it means. If it bothers you, tell him you don't like it. If it still bothers you, go out with someone else and tell him about the great time you had (don't get lurid though). Or, talk to him about some hot guy you met. Do that and he'll know he is completely non-threatening to you and has a snowball's chance in hell with you. That's called a preemptive rejection. Women do it all the time but don't realize it.

It could mean a number if things. I had lots of boy friends and they all gave me nick names but we always ending up breaking up so it could mean a number of things but just watch and see where the relationship goes and whatever you do don't tell him you love him you know ever until you really mean it but if he starts saying love you after every convo over the phone or anywhere else just say sorry but i don't love you. It may hurt his feeling but if you don't love him don't tell him you do.

It means no bad I can tell you that. Normally it means he likes you. He wouldn't call anybody else by those names so you must be special to him. I'm sure hes in love and you have nothing to worry about. Hope this puts your mind to rest.

it means he is calling you names he thinks this is the thing to do ,if you dont want to get hurt or fall so hard then you must not attach strong emotional meanings that you make up and assume in your head to the actions and motives of others, you need to communicate with others and ask them how they feel or judge by the respect and dignity that they treat you with as to if they care about you or not and that still doesnot tell you how deep they feel,but it does not matter what matters is that you love yourself,then others do to

I find when a guy does that it is his way of showing his affections for you. He is also feeling more comfortable and is able to express himself alot easier. It can be sweet as long as you are okay with it.

he likes you more so than like he is in love he adores you take it all in and respect him because i know after bad relationships you tend to move away from some one who treats you good so you have hit the jack pot and you run with it,enjoy your self and the relationship and most of all him
