No, you can break your hymen that way, but the only way to lose your virginity is to have intercourse.

No. A tampon isn't big enough to burst your hymen (unless you have a deformed hymen or have one that totally covers your vaginal opening, which is rare, and in which case you would not need a tampon because blood wouldn't be able to flow through either. I'm not a Dr. so all I can tell you is, I used tampons from the time I was 12 and I was a virgin until I was 19. Having intercourse is the only way to lose your virginity.

No, because you haven't had sex. If you're asking does your hymen break, the answer is probably not.
Hymens come in various shapes and designs. If your hymen is still intact and shaped like a person-hole cover, or a septum (a thin line of skin which divides the center of the vaginal opening, as does the septum of our nose), then this thin membrane of skin may stretch or break.
On the other hand, if you have a hymen shaped like a crescent moon around the bottom or side of the vaginal opening, then tampons may not interfere at all. Interestingly, not all women are born with hymens, and hymens can break without women knowing it.

You are a virgin until you have sex. Tampon usage does not change this state of being. I worried about this when my daughter first wanted/needed to use one cuz she was going swimming.....I knew that there was no other option and felt it stupid to hold her back.
When you loose your virginity....you loose an innocence that is still very much intact after you use that first tampon.
As for breaking your hymen.....this can happen while riding a bike or playing sports but usually not.
I used tampons for years and still bled on my wedding night.

No you don't lose your virginity.
Did you know that regular tampons contain asbestos?
You can purchase 100% cotton and
100% organic cotton tampons at most health stores and some regular supermarkets sell 100% cottons.

No not in the moral sense. But it COULD break the hymen which in the technical sense would cause you to no longer be a virgin.
