not dangerous if it is benign prostatic hyperplasia - actually quite common as men age. At 63, once a year you should get it checked along with a PSA test

This is somewhat strange information. How on earth do you know the exact weight of your prostate to the gram? My guess is that you have had it removed and that is the weight reported on the pathology report.
35 grams is normal, 58 is somewhat enlarged, but I have seen many that were larger.
If they removed the entire gland, that means that you had it removed for cancer. Am I correct?

Its a bit enlarged. It isnt abnormal and dangerous, although it may be in the future.
