it really depends where u live. i'm from Connecticut so whenever I go home and visit family, I see tons of people still wearing their birks. I now live in LA and no one here wears them. When I first moved to LA about 5 years ago, my roommate told me to throw my birks away. I have not worn a pair since.

comfort is STYLE! and honey those shoes are comfortable. don't be afraid to be in STYLE and your feet will thank you for years to come. that's something to think about the next time you see grandma and her orthopedic shoes.

Please don't. Your a girl . That happened in Woodstock (my younger aunts gen). So not even that 70's show could make happening. Go to espedrilles or stacked candies. Please reconsider. Uggs are funky yet cool, birckenstocks are just ugly. L.S.

not really... if you wear them with pants.. never wear them with a skirt or shorts or capris!!!
