Yes you can. If you have a valid reason, and have a way to prove it you will recieve benefits. Make sure that the reason you left such as , no help from HR or your manager, and you hopefully gave them some kind of notice of your intentions, then the state will review and contact them.

I'm curious what you mean by 'quit due to no fault of your own'. Whose fault is it you quit? Unless you can provide a good answer to that, you are not untitled to unemployment if you quit. The link below is the Nevada Unemployment Benifits Handbook.

You can not receive unemployment if you quit your job.

If you were fired or asked to resign, then you can collect.

File a claim and see what happens, if it is contested, keep fighting for it, you will probably get it.
