Yes, it is true.
Her last match will be at Unforgiven PPV in her home town on 9/17. It is slated to be against Lita for the womens title, being that their fueds have had good draws, however stalled due to injury.
She will leave the company for an undisclosed amount of time, if returning at all. It is unknown if it will be a clean departure. It very well could be another screw job.

Yeah actually it is true Trish is planning to leave after this fuede with Johnny Nitro and Melina she's had enough and she needs a break.

I heard that her contract runs out in October but i don't know if it will be renued. She is getting married and is going to be staring in a movie soon so I really don't know if she'll stay.
